Haas Dental Associates is a growing, community-centered dental practice with approximately 100 employees. We are seeking a hands-on Finance Manager who wants to be close to the business, make real decisions, and see the direct impact of their work.

This role is ideal for someone currently in a DSO or corporate dental environment who is looking for more autonomy, transparency, and a leadership team that values judgment over red tape.

• You’ll partner closely with leadership, not report into layers of approval

• Manage accounts receivable, insurance payments, adjustments, refunds, and collections
• Oversee insurance verification, claims processing, and denied claim resolution
• Monitor cash flow, AR aging, write-offs, and credit balances
• Prepare monthly financial reports and coordinate with our external CPA
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and dental industry best practices
• Lead, train, and support the business office team
• Provide clear, actionable financial insight to leadership

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (preferred)
• CMA strongly preferred, CPA a plus
• 2–5+ years of hands-on finance or accounting experience
• Dental, healthcare, or multi-location experience preferred
• Strong Excel and financial systems skills
• High integrity and trustworthiness
• Balances professionalism with approachability, emotional intelligence, and an appropriate sense of humor

• Someone who enjoys being in the details, not just reviewing dashboards
• Comfortable owning outcomes and improving processes
• Collaborative, accountable, and steady under pressure
