The Coordinator ED Flow/Throughput ensures high quality, patient-centered care by facilitating the throughput of patients within the Emergency Department to provide optimum efficiency of department resources and timely management of patient care. The Coordinator evaluates staffing matrix and patient volume patterns to identify optimal staffing schedules. The Coordinator supports patient safety initiatives and quality improvement activities that promote the vision, mission, and values of the organization.

• Vocational degree in Nursing or EMT/Paramedic Training Program, required
• Bachelor s Degree in Nursing, preferred
• 2+ years applicable experience, required
• Basic Life Support (BLS), required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), required
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), required
• Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI), required
