Lift Operations Team Lead - Winter 2026/27

We are hiring for a seasonal Lift Operations Team Lead at Crotched Mountain (Bennington, NH). This role leads daily lift operations, oversees staff, and ensures safe, efficient service for guests.

• Lead daily operations of resort lifts, including scheduling staff and procedures for opening and closing lifts.
• Assist with hiring, support, and training of operators and scanners in daily operations and safety.
• Monitor and document lift operator performance; provide feedback, recognition or corrective action.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of and enforce all applicable laws, policies, and procedures to ensure guest safety.
• Collaborate with ski patrol, mountain safety, lift maintenance, and lift electric to resolve any issues that arise.
• Promote clean and organized workstations.
• Respond to guest questions, comments, and complaints; provide timely resolutions.
• Provide additional training to support ticket scanning as needed.
• Carry out other duties assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1–2 years of previous lift or mountain operations experience.
• Physically able to assist guests while loading lifts; able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Fluent in English communication.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all inclement weather; able to stand and move on potentially slippery or uneven surfaces.
• Flexibility to work nights, holidays, and weekends.

Starting wage: $22.00/hr – $29.22/hr.

Employment type:

Winter Seasonal 2026/2027. Full‑time hours available (8–10 hours/day). Weekends and holidays as needed. Skill level:
Team Lead. Minimum age: 18 years. No housing available.
