Work closely with the Senior Manager of People Energy to establish and streamline a structured full life cycle recruitment program from job description development through onboarding of new hires. Establish a well- rounded employee engagement program to incorporate onboarding as well as existing employee population.
Key Responsibilities:- Day-to-day assistance with benefits questions
- Assist with open enrollment
- Creates enrollment communications and coordinates educations sessions
- Payroll Processing/Administration
- Responsibility for proper payroll administration and compliance issues related to payroll.
- Execution of timely payroll processing.
- Oversight for issues related to 401k administration.
- Maintain employment records and HRIS system.
- Audits integrity of data in HRIS/Payroll system
- Ensure updates are made in a timely manner with respect to salaries, time off accruals, onboarding documents.
- Utilizes HRIS to streamline processes and consolidate vendors for all HR related data and functional disciplines (performance mgmt., recruitment, COBRA, benefits administration, employee engagement, etc.)
- Trains managers and employees to utilize HRIS for efficiency, independence, and self-updates.
- Prepares and maintains company policies, including employee handbook, and monitors compliance with government agencies.
- Consults with HR experts and legal counsel, as needed, to ensure compliance with employee rights and employment laws, and update policies accordingly.
- Create recruitment strategies for each role.
- Recommends prospective employees including global partners/agents ensuring regional compliance with global authorities.
- Vetting of all external recruitment partners and negotiation of payment terms.
- Ensures a proper onboarding process and experience.
- Assists with employee terminations and resignations.
- Provides counseling and prepares documentation for employee performance issues and policy infractions, in collaboration with the functional heads.
- Addresses any internal employee relations issues.
- Initiates programs to support and foster positive attitude toward company goals.

- Conducts mandatory trainings related to business ethics, sexual harassment, and other relevant workplace issues.
- Prepares special reports and projects as requested by Management.
- Advocates for employees and executes management initiatives
- Bachelor's degree from four-year accredited college or university.
- Three or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
