Overview
Maggie Goodlander for Congress is seeking a dynamic Deputy Campaign Manager to help spearhead our campaign operation. This is a leadership role that requires strategic vision, operational excellence, relentless execution, and a love of New Hampshire. The Deputy Campaign Manager will work with Campaign Manager and candidate to set and drive campaign priorities, manage a high-performing team, and oversee all facets of the campaign -- from fundraising and field to communications and political strategy.

The Deputy Campaign Manager will work with Campaign Manager and candidate to set and drive campaign priorities, manage a high-performing team, and oversee all facets of the campaign -- from fundraising and field to communications and political strategy.

ResponsibilitiesPartner with Campaign Manager and candidate to set and drive campaign priorities
Oversee day-to-day finance operations in New Hampshire
Work with Finance Director and finance consultants to set weekly and monthly fundraising goals and track progress toward targets
Serve as a senior leader on the campaign, helping manage staff, troubleshoot challenges, and step in where needed
Provide on-the-ground support at fundraisers, events, and travel as required
1-2 cycles or equivalent in finance or fundraising operations
Knowledge of donor databases / CRMs (e.g. NGP)
Strong organizational and management skills
Experience coordinating across departments
Proficiency with Google workspace
Availability on evenings and weekend
Valid drivers license and access to reliable transportation
