District Manager, Management

Circle K -  - Responsibilities:
Maximizes store sales through excellent customer service, product availability, merchandising and store image.;
Prepares and analyzes reports on promotional activity, opportunities, results, trends and competition.;
Manages controllable costs by educating managers on procedures for controlling merchandise variation, salaries, overtime, cash, maintenance costs.;
Collaborates with marketing to implement promotions and new product introductions; provides feedback to category managers.;
Leads and coaches store managers, participates in recruiting, selection, orientation, and employee development; conducts performance evaluations and corrective actions.
