Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Night Shift | Derry, NH (03038)

Seeking an experienced PCU Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel nursing contract in Derry, New Hampshire (03038). Enjoy the welcoming feel of southern New Hampshire while taking an on-site assignment in Derry.

• Location: Derry, NH (03038)
• Unit/Setting: Progressive Care Unit (PCU), 20 beds
• Contract Length: 13 weeks (Start: 02/16/2026
  • End: 05/18/2026)
• Schedule: 36 hours/week
• Shift: 12-hour nights
• Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Patient Ratio: Typically 4:1
• Night Shift Staffing: 5 RNs (staffing flexes with volume)
• Floating: May float to other units as needed based on staffing and patient care needs
• Technology: GE cardiac monitoring, Hospira IV pumps
• EMR: Expanse
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend (or equivalent based on staffing needs)
• Dress Code: Professional scrubs (no required color)

• Experience: 2 years experience in a hospital setting required
• PCU/Stepdown Experience: 2 years PCU experience required
• Licensure: Must have active compact license at submission; must have NH RN license at time of submission
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS required
• Clinical Skills: Strong dysrhythmia recognition and critical drip experience required
• Preferred Skills: Pre/post cardiac cath and pacer patient care experience
• Preferred Background: Prior HCA experience

• General expectations (may vary by unit policy): Provide safe, professional nursing care for PCU/stepdown patients on a night shift assignment.
• General expectations (may vary by unit policy): Utilize unit technology and documentation tools as assigned (GE cardiac monitoring, Hospira IV pumps, Expanse EMR).
• General expectations (may vary by unit policy): Float to other units as needed based on staffing and patient care needs, within scope of practice.
