Registered Nurse – Operating Room

$2325.60/week -

Job Summary:

Provide specialized nursing care in the operating room setting for surgical procedures. Ensure patient safety, assist with surgical procedures, and collaborate with the surgical team to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

• Administer preoperative and postoperative nursing care for surgical patients.
• Assist surgeons by maintaining a sterile environment and passing instruments during procedures.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to any intraoperative changes.
• Document all patient activities and surgical procedures accurately in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless surgical operations.
• Adhere to hospital protocols, safety standards, and infection control policies.

Qualifications:

• Current NH State RN license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent OR experience in a hospital setting.
• Current BLS certification required.
• CNOR certification strongly preferred.
• Ability to scrub and assist in a variety of surgical procedures including robotic, orthopedic, GYN, ENT, and general surgeries.
• Flexible attitude with a good work ethic and teamwork skills.
