Role:
Emergency Department RN responsible for providing urgent care to patients with various illnesses or trauma requiring immediate attention.
- Responsibilities:
Assess, stabilize, and treat patients, prioritize injuries using triage, and make quick, accurate evaluations of physical and mental health conditions. - Skills &
Qualifications:
Active RN license, degree from an accredited nursing program, and at least 18 months of recent ER experience. BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications may be required. - Key Duties:
Recognize life-threatening conditions, perform decisive interventions, and manage diverse medical emergencies efficiently.
