Schedule:
13-week assignment, day or night shifts available, 4:1 patient ratio, every other weekend or equivalent
Highlights:
- 20-bed Progressive Care Unit with flexible staffing model
- Focus on cardiac monitoring and critical drip management
- Pre- and post-cardiac cath and pacer patient care
- GE cardiac monitoring system and Hospira IV pumps
- Expanse EMR platform
- May float to Med Surg, ICU, or Emergency Department based on staffing needs
- Minimum 2 years of PCU experience in a hospital setting required
- Strong dysrhythmia recognition skills and critical drip experience required
- Active Compact Nursing License required at submission
- BLS, ACLS, and NIAH certifications required
- Prior HCA experience preferred
- Pre-post cardiac cath and pacer patient care experience preferred
