High Tech CNC company is hiring for a CMMOperator/Technician.

This position is2ndshiftand offers a 15% shift premium.

The CMMTechnician is responsible for the measuring of all products to the customer specifications. They are also responsible for the calibration of all tooling, fixtures and measuring devices. This position is critical to the Die cast molddevelopment, tool steel, aerospace parts, & custom machining parts. Workwith Managers, engineers, and supervisors to plan and execute the mostcost-effective method for producing quality parts.

• UseCMM/Roamer Arm to inspect finished product.
• Collect and analyzes data on company processes, products, and arranges the data inreports.
• Investigate sand diagnoses quality complaints or defective product, tracks downcomponents and recommends corrective actions to improve performance.
• Maintain and organize our internal gauge database.
• Ensuredimensionalaccuracyand quality workmanship.
• Maintaina safe, orderly, and clean work area.
• Completetime travelers, time slips, required inspections, and appropriate paperwork.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• 5+years of demonstrated experience or equivalent in theCMMInspection field

• Extensiveability to read and interpret blueprints & mechanical drawings.
• Proficient knowledge of GD & T, extensive knowledge preferred.
• Extensiveability to operateCMMmachining equipment.
• Extensiveability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Extensiveability to solve problems using critical thinking skills.
• Extensiveability to organize and manage priorities, meet deadlines, and expectations.
• Extensiveability to measure/inspect lengths, diameters,straightness,orflatness.
• Self-confident with strong qualitative, analytical, and mathematical skills.
• Abilityto operate a forklift with training.
• Pre-employment drug/alcohol/physical required.
