Lot Attendant

Auto Auction of New England, Inc, a family owned business serving New England for over 25 years, is seeking highly motivated people to join our team. We are looking for a detail oriented, self-motivated, hard-working person for an immediate full-time lot attendant position in our operations department.

• Our lot attendant team members are earning between $15‑$18+ per hour, average pay $16.50 per hour.

Compensation is based on an hourly rate plus performance bonus.

• Work with the outside operation team to organize the lot for weekly auctions.
• Assist customers as needed.
• Verify all vehicles are marked and parked correctly.
• Direct a crew of drivers on auction day.
• Perform seasonal tasks as needed (snow removal).
• Operate various equipment.
• Complete other assigned tasks.

• Friendly and customer service focused.
• Reliable.
• Able to walk and stand for long periods of time as well as work outside.
• Able to work in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check.
