The Sales Service Center Summer Intern will support Sales and Operations leadership in driving online order adoption, showroom growth, and operational alignment between service center locations. This internship provides hands‑on exposure to sales strategy, customer engagement, and process improvement within a branch‑level environment. This internship is structured as a project‑based experience to be completed within the 12‑week program. This position is located onsite in Derry, NH and is not a remote opportunity.
The selected intern will present project outcomes at our annual Intern Expo Day on Wednesday, August 5, 2026.
Program Dates: Monday, May 18, 2026 – Friday, August 7, 2026
Length: 12 Weeks
Schedule: Full‑time, hourly
Required: Must be available for the full program duration and attend/present at Intern Expo Day
Market and promote online ordering platforms including Pro Exchange and B2B
Drive adoption of automated online ordering across all six New England SSC locations
Develop tracking and reporting methods to measure online order growth
Partner with SSC leadership to identify barriers to adoption and recommend solutions
Showroom Traffic & Specification GrowthAssist in growing SSC
277 showroom traffic and specification activity
Support outreach efforts to increase customer engagement and showroom utilization
Track performance metrics related to showroom visits and specification volume
Operational Streamlining Between LocationsAssist in improving coordination between SSC
277 in Derry, NH and DDC

Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
Support cross‑location communication and customer routing processes
Project ImpactA successful internship will:

Deliver quantifiable business results for presentation at Intern Expo
QualificationsCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
Strong communication and customer engagement skills
Comfortable discussing digital ordering platforms with customers
Analytical mindset with ability to track performance metrics
Strong organizational and follow‑up skills
Ability to work onsite in a fast‑paced service center environment
