Carpenter

We are seeking carpenters in Londonderry, NH for our $200 Million project that will be going for the next 1.5 years. This role will involve building affordable housing units and doing all of the wood framing and finish work. We are interested in a 1-5 year carpenter or someone that went to tech school for carpentry. This job will offer $25 - $35 an hour to start.

We will do reviews on pay every 4 months and are offering full benefits. We are able to hold virtual interviews this week and you can start on 7/27 after a successful interview.

• Perform carpentry work from frame to finish on a large-scale construction project.
• Install door handles, decks, and railings across various building types.
• Collaborate with a team of skilled carpenters and other tradespeople to ensure project success.
• Adhere to safety standards and regulations on the construction site.

• Proven carpentry skills, including framing and finish carpentry.
• Experience in commercial construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• Experience with rough carpentry.
• Familiarity with installing doors and other fixtures.

This is a contract position based out of Derry, NH.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $59.50/hr.
