Tech Lead – Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support two development teams while remaining deeply engaged in design, implementation, and delivery.
• Remove complex engineering roadblocks and ensure technical execution across teams.
• Build proof‑of‑concepts to evaluate solutions and remove technical or architectural roadblocks.
• Partner with architects and product leadership to align implementation with architectural standards and delivery goals.
• Drive continuous improvement across engineering practices, tooling, performance, and operational readiness.
• Clearly communicate technical risks, recommendations, and next steps to stakeholders.

• Strong hands‑on experience with Java (Spring Boot) and Python; experience with an additional language a plus.
• Front‑end experience with Angular or similar frameworks.
• Experience building and operating event‑driven systems on AWS.
• Solid understanding of resiliency, performance tuning, and failure handling in distributed environments.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS, including cloud‑native and serverless services.
• Familiar with Infrastructure‑as‑Code technologies for AWS resources.
• Experience troubleshooting production issues using logs, metrics, and tracing.
• Familiarity with code quality and security tools such as Sonar Qube.
• Strong CI/CD experience using Jenkins for both serverless and K8S deployment.
• Solid SQL knowledge, preferred experience with PostgreSQL and Snowflake.
• Practical experience tuning JPA/Hibernate performance in production.
