Melton Pay:

0-11 months qualified driving experience: 60¢ per mile
1-3 years qualified driving experience: 63¢ per mile
3+ years qualified driving experience: 64¢ per mile
After 100k Melton Miles: 65¢ per mile
After 200K Melton Miles: 66¢ per mile
After 360k Melton Miles: 67¢ per mile
After 600k Melton Miles: 68¢ per mile
After 900k Melton Miles: 69¢ per mile
After 1.2M Melton Miles: 70¢ per mile

** Veterans with military driving experience could qualify for an additional 6 cpm in starting pay! **
