Kids Club Assistant - Casual

As a key member of the Kids For All Seasons team, you will be responsible for creating a safe, fun and engaging environment for our younger guests. This role is specifically to cover peak periods during school holidays, supporting our resort when families are at their busiest. You will deliver activities, support parents, and ensure the Kids Club remains welcoming, organised and enjoyable throughout the day.

• Welcome children and families warmly and assist with check-in to the Kids Club
• Deliver age‑appropriate activities, crafts, games and outdoor adventures
• Supervise children at all times, ensuring safety, wellbeing and enjoyment
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the Kids Club space, playrooms and outdoor areas
• Assist children with transitions between activities and guide them through the schedule
• Communicate clearly and professionally with parents and guardians
• Uphold Four Seasons standards of care, safety and guest service
  Positive attitude, genuine enthusiasm, and a passion for working with children
• Ability to work as part of a dedicated and caring team
• Good level of written and spoken English
• Excellent personal presentation and strong interpersonal skills
• Previous childcare, hospitality, or recreation experience preferred
• Creativity, patience, and a fun‑spirited approach to delivering memorable experiences
• Availability to work during school holiday periods is essential
