Erlestoke, Wiltshire Project:
Prison Refurbishment. Duration:
Long-term (up to 2 years). We are currently recruiting experienced NPORS Traffic Marshalls for a major prison refurbishment project in Erlestoke. This is a long-term opportunity offering stable work on a secure, well-managed site.

• Safely control vehicle and plant movements on site
• Maintain safe pedestrian routes
• Communicate clearly with drivers and site operatives
• Monitor site access and enforce health & safety procedures
• Report hazards, near misses, and incidents

• Valid NPORS Traffic Marshal/Banksman ticket
• CSCS card (preferred)
• Own PPE (hi-vis, boots, hard hat, gloves)
• Previous construction site experience
• Strong communication and awareness skills
• Ability to work in a secure environment (prison site)
