Shift Electrician
Location: Leeds
Contract: Permanent opportunity
Hours: Monday to Friday – 40 hrs; 4 on 4 off Nights and Days 12‑hour shifts
Salary: £31,800 + Overtime + Company Benefits
Recruiting on behalf of a Multi‑National establishedane Facilities Management company on a Critical Commercial contract based in Leeds.
The Maintenance Electrician will be carrying out PPM/reactive tasks and small electrical installations.
Duties for the Maintenance Electrician- Work on PPMS reactive calls issued by the helpdesk
- Good understanding of BMS controls, emergency lighting, fire alarms
- Electrical fault finding
- Asbestos awareness
- Handling/ maintaining generators
- Flexible working hours and being on call
- Maintain/repair building fabric issues across the site
- C&G PART 1 Electrical Installation
- C&G PART 2 Electrical Domestic
- C&G PART 3 Electrical Testing and Inspection
- 17th/ 18th Edition Regs
