This is a permanent full-time, Northern Ireland based role. Operating within a fast-paced environment this role is responsible for delivering response maintenance repairs, ensuring repair requests are carried out efficiently and cost-effectively whilst delivering a first-class service to our customer. The successful person will be carrying out planned tiling tasks on social housing properties as well as completing general tasks associated within painting and decorating.

• Carrying out tiling works on void and tenanted properties
• Carry out normal trade related daily duties and completing appointments issued through PDA system.
• To ensure areas of work are left clean and tidy at the end of the day.

• Time served or appropriately qualified and be able to demonstrate relevant experience.
• Previous experience working within construction industry.
• Valid CSR Card
• Full driving licence

• Basic IT skills
• Demonstrate reliability, flexibility, and adaptability.
• Have adequate literacy and numeracy skills.
• Effectively manage time to meet deadlines.
• Excellent team working skills.
