Diagnostic Technician​/MOT Tester

What you’ll do as the Diagnostic Technician / MOT Tester:

Lead complex diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles. Mentor and guide junior technicians and apprentices. Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and top-quality workmanship. Support the owner in building a high-performance, professional team.

NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent). MOT Tester qualification. 10+ years’ vehicle mechanics experience, including diagnostics. Full UK Driving Licence. Experience supervising or mentoring is a bonus.
