With continued growth and an expanding portfolio of projects, they are seeking an experienced Plumber to join their team based in the Derry/Londonderry area. THE ROLE As a Plumber, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance, installation and repair works across a range of commercial and industrial sites. You will work closely with the wider engineering team to ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard, while maintaining strong relationships with customers and site contacts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Carry out plumbing installation, maintenance and repair works across commercial and industrial properties. Complete planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance tasks. Diagnose faults and provide effective solutions. Install and maintain plumbing systems, pipework, fixtures and associated equipment. Carry out inspections and ensure systems are operating safely and efficiently. Complete job reports, documentation and compliance records accurately. Liaise professionally with customers, contractors and internal teams.

Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety requirements and company procedures. Support wider mechanical and facilities engineering activities when required. WHAT YOU'LL NEED Essential Previous experience working as a Plumber within a commercial, industrial or facilities environment. Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, maintenance and installation works. Ability to fault find and resolve issues effectively. Good understanding of health & safety requirements.

Full UK driving licence. Strong communication skills with a professional approach.

Desirable Experience working within facilities management or building services. Relevant plumbing qualification (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent). Experience working on commercial heating systems. Knowledge of mechanical services and building maintenance. Experience working across multiple customer sites. WHY APPLY? Competitive salary, dependent on experience.
