With continued growth and an expanding portfolio of projects, they are seeking an experienced Electrical Contract Lead to join their team in the Derry/Londonderry area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrical professional to take ownership of projects, manage client relationships and play a key role in the continued development of the electrical services division.

THE ROLE As Electrical Contract Lead, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of electrical contracts from initial planning through to completion. You will oversee project performance, ensure high standards of quality and safety, and work closely with clients, engineers, subcontractors and internal teams to deliver projects efficiently. This role would suit an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager, Project Manager or Senior Electrical Supervisor looking to take the next step in their career within a growing engineering services business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the delivery of electrical contracts from mobilisation through to completion. Take ownership of project programmes, budgets, resources and quality standards. Coordinate electrical installation, maintenance and refurbishment works. Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact throughout projects. Liaise with site teams, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers. Review project requirements, drawings, specifications and technical documentation. Monitor project progress, costs and commercial performance.

Ensure all works are completed in line with health & safety legislation and company procedures. Support tender submissions, estimating and project planning activities. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency. Provide leadership and support to electrical teams. WHAT YOU'LL NEED Essential Previous experience managing electrical projects or contracts. Strong background within commercial, industrial or facilities electrical environments. Relevant electrical qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent).

Good understanding of electrical regulations and compliance requirements. Experience managing customers, subcontractors and site teams. Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Desirable Experience within facilities management or building services. Experience working on commercial maintenance contracts. Electrical design or estimating experience.
