We are seeking an experienced Test Team Supervisor
. You will manage daily electrical testing operations. You will lead a skilled team of technicians. Your focus will be safety, efficiency, and high-quality standards.

• Lead daily testing workflows to prevent production bottlenecks.
• Mentor and schedule a team of electrical test technicians.
• Enforce strict electrical safety rules and workmanship standards.
• Oversee complex panel testing and primary/secondary injections.
• Troubleshoot technical failures alongside engineering teams.
• Review test booklets and quality documentation for accuracy.
• Track test cycle times and team production yields.

• Experience:
  
  3+ years in electrical testing or switch gear assembly.
• Leadership:
  Proven track record of supervising technical teams.
• Skills:
  
  Expert ability to read complex electrical schematics.
• Knowledge:
  Deep understanding of low and medium-voltage systems.
• Mindset:
  Strong problem-solving skills under tight deadlines.
• Education:
  
  Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering preferred.
