Work model:
- On-Site
- Assist with general invoice processing and basic accounts payable tasks
- Maintain organized project and vendor documentation
- Process employee expense submissions and assist with routine reimbursement activities
- Help monitor budget areas and track spending as needed
- Support job cost tracking and ensure financial information is recorded accurately
- Provide backup support to senior accounting staff for various tasks, such as payroll or reporting
- Perform general accounting and administrative duties, including data entry and file management
- Prior experience in an accounting-focused role, with exposure to the construction industry, is beneficial
- Strong familiarity with Quick Books; previous use of the software is highly advantageous
- High level of accuracy and strong organizational habits
- Ability to manage responsibilities independently and handle shifting priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a self-motivated, solution-oriented mindset
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (BA or AA); equivalent hands-on experience may substitute for formal education
