Key Responsibilities:
Assist Billing Operations in calculating and invoicing Sales Tax Renew and apply for business licenses and prepare, file sales and use tax returns Assist with sales tax audits and process tax payments with multiple taxing jurisdictions
Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales tax Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Experience with Avalara, Vertex, or similar tax software Ability to navigate and utilize ERP/Accounting systems effectively
