Work Model:
- On-Site
- Record and support journal entries; maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, cash flow, forecasts, and variance reports
- Support development of financial models, weekly forecasts, and long-term (10-year) business plans
- Handle non-controlling interest accounting and related provisions
- Assist with audits, including financial statements with footnotes and audit coordination
- File sales and use tax returns; support audits and reconciliations
- Track and manage Authorization for Expenditures (AFE) processes
- Develop financial models and complete special projects
- Mentor and support junior accounting staff
- Bachelor's degree in accounting (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 4+ years of accounting/financial analysis experience
- Strong GAAP knowledge, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with Oracle or similar systems
