Responsibilities

+ Prepare and deliver monthly financial packages accurately and on time.

+ Create monthly financial projections focusing on income and cash flow.

+ Conduct proactive analysis on regional and consolidated financials, recommending changes based on findings.

+ Coordinate the development and management of regional and consolidated annual budgets.

+ Manage audit activities, preparing work papers for external and internal audits.

+ Supervise tracking and reporting of fixed assets, sales reporting, and rebate programs.

+ Oversee and manage accounts receivable and credit.

+ Coordinate day-to-day general accounting and administrative responsibilities.

+ Develop reports using Planful.

+ Provide backup and assistance to other accounting staff.

+ Ensure compliance with the Worldwide Accounting Manual.

+ Engage in special projects as required.

+ Provide in-depth analysis of business transactions, including customer accounts, manufacturing costs, and sales scorecard.

+ Supply accurate data for scenario analysis and propose solutions to business stakeholders.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in month-end closing and financial statement preparation.

+

Experience with financial reporting and GAAP standards.

+ Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of related experience.

+ Strong computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office products.

Additional

Skills & Qualifications

+ CPA certification preferred but not required.

+

Experience with consolidation of multiple divisions or businesses preferred.

+ Planful reporting experience preferred.

+

Experience with international business is a plus.

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $105000.00/yr.
