We're partnering with a well-established, locally respected construction company looking to add an Accountant to their close-knit accounting team. This is an awesome opportunity for someone early in their career who's eager to learn, ask questions, and grow into construction accounting with strong mentorship.

• Learn project accounting from the ground up
• Hands-on exposure to real projects (not just journal entries)
• Cross-training across accounting functions
• Work closely with Project Managers, operations, and leadership

You'll be trained step-by-step—construction accounting experience is not required (although it is a bonus of course).

• Learn and support job costing across multiple active projects
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable
• Help prepare client and project billings
• Track and reconcile project costs with strong attention to detail
• Partner with Project Managers & field teams to keep projects financially on track
• Gain cross-functional experience across accounting over time
