Our client, a global industry leader, is seeking an Accounting Analyst – SAP General Ledger Projects to join a Finance Projects and General Ledger team supporting critical business initiatives and ERP systems projects. This role is ideal for an accounting professional who enjoys combining traditional accounting expertise with systems, process improvement, and SAP-related project work. You will play a key role in supporting financial transformations, legal entity changes, ERP initiatives, master data governance, and general ledger structures that impact global operations.

• Hybrid – 3 days on-site

• Support General Ledger and finance-related projects within SAP environments
• Assist with new legal entity, company code, and organizational structure setup
• Maintain and support financial master data, including GL accounts, cost centers, and related accounting structures
• Participate in ERP implementations, upgrades, migrations, and data conversion efforts
• Support month-end close processes, account reconciliations, and financial reporting activities
• Assist with foreign currency and multi-entity accounting processes
• Collaborate with accounting, finance, and technology teams to improve processes and controls
• Support testing, validation, and deployment activities related to SAP and finance systems enhancements
• Document processes and provide training support for new system functionality as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of accounting/finance experience
• Strong SAP (including SAP FI) and ERP systems experience
• General Ledger and month-end close expertise
• Advanced Excel and analytical/problem-solving skills
• Experience with ERP implementations, migrations, or enhancements
• Knowledge of master data management, chart of accounts, cost centers, and company codes
• Fixed asset and foreign currency accounting experience
• CPA certification or CPA-track preferred
