General Duties:

• Drive the financial process and follow-up
• Multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Maintain a high attention to detail and incredible organization
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Prepare, collect and post receivable accounts and prepare statements
• Prepare customer invoices twice a month
• Record accounts payable
• Develop and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analyzing variances, data and trends
• Accomplish financial goals and report monthly on financial performance
• Prepare balance sheets and income statements and review income and expenses
• Reconcile bank and operating activity balances on a monthly and annual basis
• Comply with federal, state and local taxing entities on monthly and quarterly returns
• Prepare monthly insurance audits
• Work both alone and as part of a team

• Associates or Bachelors degree in accounting or equivalent verifiable prior experience is required.
• General knowledge of accounting with an ability to analyze and organize.
• Ability to be assertive while projecting a caring attitude toward our customers.
• Ability to follow instruction, complete assignments in a timely manner and the ability to work cohesively within a team environment.
• Quick-books experience requires, as well as Microsoft office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Experience in creating weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• A drug test and pre-employment physical is required. Subject to random alcohol and drug testing while employed.
• Reports to Operations Manager.
