Accounts Receivable Specialist
Our client, a growing mid-sized company in Des Moines, is seeking an accounts receivable specialist to support its accounting team. This contract-to-hire role offers an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills in billing, collections, and customer account management while working in a collaborative and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer invoices, payments, credits, and account adjustments.
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding accounts to ensure timely collections.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues, and customer inquiries.
- Reconcile accounts receivable balances and assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain accurate customer records and collaborate with internal teams to support billing accuracy.
