This is an excellent opportunity for a CPA with a strong public accounting background who enjoys building client relationships, leading audit engagements, and mentoring junior staff. • Lead audit, review, and compilation engagements from planning through completion
• Manage audits for nonprofits, employee benefit plans, and a variety of commercial clients
• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, partners, and internal audit teams
• Supervise, mentor, and develop staff while reviewing work papers and financial reports
• Coordinate multiple client engagements, project timelines, staffing, and workflow
• Ensure financial statements and related reports comply with professional and firm standards
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and trusted advisory support
• Support business development efforts and contribute to the continued growth of the firm

• Active CPA license required
• 5+ years of recent public accounting audit experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and audit methodology
• Experience leading client engagements and supervising staff
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Willingness to travel locally to client sites, with occasional overnight travel as needed
