Responsibilities include:

• Accurately processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Performing regular bank reconciliations to maintain financial records.
• Preparing and maintaining account reconciliations for monthly and quarterly reporting cycles.
• Assisting with month-end close procedures, including journal entries and general ledger updates.
• Managing compliance for Form 1099 reporting requirements.
• Recording and verifying accounting entries against supporting documentation.
• Supporting the development and preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Working collaboratively with team members to optimize workflows and resolve discrepancies.
