Payment Processing Coordinator | Nonprofit Organization
Des Moines, IA | Onsite
Our client, a respected nonprofit organization in the Des Moines area, is seeking a Payment Processing Coordinator for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This role supports fundraising operations through payment processing, donor record maintenance, and customer service.
Responsibilities
+ Process donor pledges and incoming payments
+ Maintain accurate records in Andar CRM and eWAY
+ Track outstanding pledges and receivables
+ Support fundraising teams with donor and campaign information
+ Respond professionally to donor inquiries by phone and email
+ Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office daily
Requirements
Requirements:
+ Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
+ Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
+ Excellent customer service and communication skills
+ Comfortable learning new software and systems
+ Experience in administrative support, payment processing, banking operations, customer service, or accounting support
Preferred skills:
+ Nonprofit experience
+ CRM/database experience
+ Accounts receivable or payment processing experience
+
Experience with Andar or eWAY is a plus
