About The Job

The Sr Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing a broad range of administrative support across our Asset Management Aligned Investors space. This individual will have regular interactions with various leadership levels and stakeholders within the business. You will be tasked with project coordination, meeting support, travel coordination, and other value added tasks as determined by business need. The role ensures efficient management of day-to-day operations, including scheduling, meeting preparation, communications, and project assistance.

You'll Do
  • Travel and expense coordination for leadership, providing real‑time support and resolving travel disruptions beyond standard business hours while ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
  • Handling meeting logistics, processing meeting requests based on availability and priority, and maintaining and organizing meeting materials.
  • Providing high‑level training/guidance on navigating technology platforms such as travel and expensing platforms and other department‑specific technology platforms.
  • Coordinating/drafting and editing monthly reports, ordering supplies, managing role and access requests, assisting with onboarding new employees, and researching and booking travel arrangements.
  • Initiating some HR tasks on behalf of supported individuals and supporting business‑value driven department or business‑wide projects of complex nature tied to strategy and business plans with broader organizational impact.
Who You Are
  • High school diploma and 4+ years of related experience.
  • Experience booking travel and expense coordination in a corporate setting (preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to gather and consolidate data from various sources, set priorities, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Flexible and adaptable to rapidly changing priorities and capable of handling confidential information.
  • Keyboarding and computer skills, proficiency in Windows based applications (Microsoft Office), and operation of office equipment.
Salary Range Information

Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non‑sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

Non‑Exempt (Hourly): $24.21 - $38.37 / hour

Time Off Program

Personal Time Off (PTO) is provided to hourly (non‑exempt) employees and provides a set amount of accrued time earned each pay period. Employees can use their PTO for vacation, personal or short‑term illness.

Work Environment

This role will be a hybrid opportunity, working a minimum 3 days in the office at our downtown Des Moines, IA office location.
