• Provide executive support for Sales and Field executive leadership
• Manage executive schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Develop and monitor project timelines, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards
• Support onboarding sessions for new Sales team members and assist with internal audits
• Serve as a primary contact for field administrators and sales coordinators, facilitating communication and collaboration

• Associate degree in insurance, business administration, or equivalent relevant experience
• Minimum of three years of executive-level support experience or related experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related programs
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to maintain confidentiality

• Project management experience
• Insurance designations are preferred
