The Sr Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing a broad range of administrative support across our Asset Management Aligned Investors space. The role involves frequent interactions with leaders and stakeholders, project coordination, meeting support, travel coordination, and other value‑added tasks as determined by business needs. The assistant ensures efficient day‑to‑day operations, scheduling, meeting preparation, communications, and project assistance, acting as a reliable resource and model of service excellence.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Travel and expense coordination for leadership, anticipating and resolving disruptions, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
- Handle meeting logistics: process requests, maintain and organize materials, identify scheduling conflicts, and engage others to resolve issues.
- Provide real‑time support beyond standard hours, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness.
- Make recommendations on efficient organization of work for leaders, connecting communication channels and prioritizing information.
- Offer high‑level training on technology platforms such as travel/expensing systems and department‑specific tools.
- Coordinate and draft monthly reports, order supplies, manage role and access requests, assist with onboarding new employees, and initiate certain HR tasks.
- Participate in complex strategic projects with broader organizational impact.
- High school diploma and 4+ years of related experience.
- Experience booking travel and expense coordination in a corporate setting (plus).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to gather and consolidate data from various sources.
- Ability to set priorities, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Flexible and adaptable to rapidly changing priorities, with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in Windows applications (Microsoft Office) and office equipment operation.
$24.21 – $38.37 per hour (non‑exempt expressed as hourly; exempt expressed as yearly). Non‑sales positions may participate in a bonus program.

Executive Administrative Assistant- High school diploma and 6+ years of related experience required.
- Experience booking travel and expense coordination in a corporate setting.
This role is a hybrid opportunity, requiring a minimum of 3 days in the office at our downtown Des Moines, IA location.
