What We're Seeking
The successful candidate for this fast-paced position is a motivated, organized, and detail-focused individual. Applicants should have a proven track record of completing tasks on a strict deadline, experience working with diverse populations, work well in a team environment and have a desire to learn rules for various professions.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Conducts business in a professional, courteous and approachable manner
* Displays high standards of professional and ethical conduct
* Detail oriented and committed to providing high quality service
* Ability to work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and both internal and external partners
* 5+ years of experience in editing digital content or media
What You'll Do
* Serve as website coordination lead for the professional licensing division's website standardization project
* Interview employees to obtain information about agency programs, including licensure and continuing education requirements for publishing on the DIAL website
* Produce standardized website content for 26 licensing boards in alignment with templates provided by communications staff
* Serve as a content editor for website language
* Ensure compliance with document accessibility standards
* Collaborate with DIAL's communications team

Applicants must meet at least one of the following minimum requirements to qualify for positions in this job classification:
1) Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in journalism, public relations, graphic design, or communications.
2) Four years of full-time work experience in planning and developing content for dissemination through traditional media (newspapers, publications, radio, and television), websites, social media, and/or public speaking.
3) A total of four years of education (as described in number one) and/or full-time experience (as described in number two), where thirty semester hours of accredited college or university course work equals one year of full-time.
