Account Manager (Maintenance)
Responsibilities
- Understand and communicate customers needs and requirements.
- Provides timely service to customers and distributors.
- Understand equipment solutions and services.
- Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy.
- Works closely with Sales Director to manage relationships with customers and distributors.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Comfortable building relationships with key customers and distributors.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey detailed and complicated messages to varied audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to learn CRM software and other systems quickly.
- Ability to document processes.
