- 4+ years of experience in product management, data & analytics, or a related field.
- Experience using data to inform product decisions and improve user experience.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
- A passion for innovation and a problem-solving mindset.
- Financial services experience and understanding of financial data.
- Experience with SQL, AWS, Snowflake, or Power BI.
