**** OCM Strategy & Enablement Lead (Contract)
** We’re hiring an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Strategy & Enablement Lead to help scale enterprise change capabilities. This role focuses on building measurement frameworks, modernizing toolkits, and enabling AI-driven change experiences for leaders and practitioners.
** What You Bring
*** Strong experience in OCM strategy and delivery (Prosci preferred)
* Proven ability to measure and demonstrate change value/ROI
* Experience modernizing toolkits and enablement models
* Exposure to AI-enabled solutions (virtual agents, copilots, etc.)
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
** What You’ll Do
*** Build a measurement framework to track adoption, behavior change, and business outcomes
* Modernize OCM tools, templates, and digital resources for improved usability and access
* Design AI-enabled solutions (copilots/assistants) to support leaders and change teams
* Partner across business and technology teams to deliver scalable change solutions
** Key Deliverables
*** Enterprise-ready OCM measurement framework with defined metrics and reporting process
* Modernized, persona-based toolkits and resource library
* MVP-ready AI-enabled experiences for people leaders and change practitioners
* Structured content and governance model to support ongoing adoption and sustainment
** Definition of Done
*** Measurement approach is documented, approved, and operationalized with clear KPIs and ownership
* Tools and resources are simplified, accessible, and aligned to user needs
* AI-enabled solutions are tested, validated, and ready for initial rollout (MVP)
* Governance, maintenance, and sustainment plans are established and transitioned
