Business Execution Consultant
Genesis
10 is currently seeking a Business Execution Consultant for a hybrid position (3 days/week onsite) with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC or Des Moines, IA. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.
Seeking an experienced training developer to build agent and supervisor training for new CCaaS platforms. This role will focus on creating simulations, job aids, and practical learning content tied to call center workflows.
Responsibilities:- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution
- Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges
- Develop simulations and guided workflows
- Create job aids, quick reference guides, and training content
- Translate CCaaS functionality into clear, user-friendly materials
- Partner with SMEs to validate and refine content
- Support rapid updates aligned to platform changes
- 5 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience developing training (simulations, walkthroughs) preferably for contact center environments
- Ability to simplify complex systems into actionable steps
- Strong instructional design and job aid development
- Experience supporting large-scale tech rollouts including training needs analysis and curriculum planning
- Strong self-starter, works independently, takes ownership and proactively solves problems
Skills:
- Experience using Epiplex or similar software to build simulations and guided workflows
- Multimodal training development
- CCaaS / CIW platform experience
Pay range: $51.09 - $59.09 per hour
Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis
