Principal Product Manager

The Principal Product Manager manages products for customer use and provides strategic guidance to functional team(s).

You will identify, shape, and develop high-value AI opportunities across Center Well's Home Health, Primary Care, and Pharmacy segments. You will deliver the intelligence layer that connects a patient's risk factors, care history, engagement data, and clinical context across products and experiences. Using data, AI, and human-centered design, you will identify opportunities to surface the right insights at the right moment, allowing more personalized, coordinated, and proactive care.

This role partners across business and technology teams to translate enterprise needs into scalable product capabilities. This is an individual contributor role with enterprise-level influence.

• Define the roadmap for Clinical Intelligence, creating a unified view of an individual's risks, care history, engagement, and clinical context across the enterprise.

• Partner with clinical, business, data, and technology partners to identify high-value opportunities where connected patient intelligence can improve decisions, experiences, and outcomes.

• Define and prioritize product capabilities that allow insights generated in one workflow or application to inform experiences across other channels and lines of business.
