Food Retail Brand Location Manager

ARAMARK is seeking a Food Retail Brand Location Manager to lead daily operations across branded food outlets within a high-traffic environment. In this role, you will manage staff scheduling, training, and performance while upholding Aramark's standards for food safety, guest service, and brand consistency. You will analyze sales, labor, and inventory metrics to drive profitability, implement promotions, and enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of food retail locations to ensure consistent, high-quality service and product presentation
• Lead, schedule, and develop frontline teams, fostering a culture of safety, inclusivity, and teamwork
• Monitor sales, costs, and inventory; analyze performance metrics to meet revenue and margin goals
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and Aramark operational standards and policies
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to address needs and enhance guest satisfaction
• Implement merchandising, promotions, and branding initiatives to drive traffic and engagement
• Optimize labor deployment and workflows to maximize productivity and service levels
• Train staff on customer service, safety procedures, and operational best practices
• Maintain accurate records, cash controls, and reports in line with company and audit requirements
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to local community impact efforts
