Primary responsibility will be the coordination of the property procurement process including managing project flow, updating the appropriate systems, and coordination with 3rd party vendors and Ruan stakeholders. Other procurement related duties such as manageing small RFPs and conducting analysis on projects will also be required.

Responsibilities

Carrying out the Company's organizational values and operating in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Company policies are required functions. Essential and other important responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Working with our 3rd party broker, assist Ruan stakeholders with finding and procuring properties.
  • Ensure adherence to property contracts and ensure that time commitments for renewals, inspections, and services are kept.
  • Update the property database and ensure rents, taxes, utilities and other expenses are paid.
  • Lead small RFP efforts and make recommendations for suppliers.
  • Conduct analysis for all procurement areas including, but especially in the fuel and equipment areas.
  • Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required.

  • Requires computer skills and knowledge of business unit applications. Must be proficient in EXCEL, WORD, and ERP software. Must have organizational, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Must have strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
