Job Overview
Keurig Dr Pepper is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Plains Region Direct Store Delivery Finance team. This is a high-impact role for a finance professional who wants to be close to the business, influence decisions, and help shape performance across sales, distribution, merchandising, and operations. You will partner directly with regional leaders and frontline teams to translate financial and operational data into insights that improve profitability, simplify decisions, and support KDP’s vision of “A beverage for every need, available everywhere people shop and consume.”

Hybrid, 3 days in office / 2 days remote, subject to business needs
- Partner with local and regional leadership on month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance reviews.
- Analyze revenue, operating expenses, and key operational KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that improve profitability.
- Develop actionable insights using knowledge of DSD operations, including distribution, merchandising, labor, and route-level performance.
- Create clear reporting, models, and presentations that simplify complex information and enable faster, better decisions.
- Influence stakeholders across Finance, Sales, and Operations by connecting financial results to business actions.
- Support process improvement, cost efficiency, and ad hoc analysis that helps the region deliver its financial commitments.
- Salary Range: $76,

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related experience.
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, or financial modeling.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to turn data into insights, recommendations, and action.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, conditional logic, and data modeling; VBA experience is a plus.
- Experience with SAP, PowerPoint, Access, Power BI, Planning Analytics, Micro Strategy, SIP, BW, or similar tools is preferred.
- Self-driven professional who can prioritize work, manage competing deadlines, and deliver results with minimal oversight.
- Ability to build strong relationships, communicate clearly, and influence cross-functional partners.
- Ability to travel occasionally, approximately six - eight times per year.
