The Director of Technology Solutions is responsible for developing, launching, managing, and growing Koltiv's service offerings throughout their lifecycle. This role transforms vendor capabilities, technology solutions, internal expertise, and market opportunities into profitable services that clients value and the business can successfully sell, deliver, support, and scale.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on execution and outcomes. The director owns service strategy, packaging, pricing, go-to-market planning, organizational readiness, adoption, and lifecycle performance. Success is achieved through building and continuously improving scalable, repeatable, and profitable service offerings that support Koltiv's growth objectives and long-term vision.
Core Accountabilities &Key Responsibilities Portfolio Strategy & Growth
- Define and maintain a service portfolio strategy that supports Koltiv's vision, growth objectives, and long-term business priorities.
- Develop and manage the service roadmap, ensuring alignment between market opportunities, customer needs, organizational capabilities, and strategic direction.
- Evaluate portfolio performance and make data-driven recommendations regarding service investments, expansion, enhancement, consolidation, or retirement.
- Establish portfolio growth plans that increase revenue, profitability, market penetration, and client value.
- Identify emerging trends, technologies, and industry developments that create opportunities for innovation and competitive differentiation.
- Develop and maintain strategic vendor and partner relationships that support service innovation, portfolio growth, market differentiation, and long-term business objectives.
- Lead the creation, enhancement, and expansion of service offerings that address evolving customer challenges and business objectives.
- Leverage internal subject matter experts, engineers, architects, vendors, and operational leaders to design, validate, and commercialize service offerings, without direct responsibility for technical implementation.
- Translate market intelligence, client feedback, competitive insights, and technology advancements into scalable and profitable service solutions.
- Champion innovation by assessing new service concepts, validating business cases, and guiding offerings from concept through launch.
- Ensure services are clearly defined, properly packaged, and positioned to deliver measurable outcomes for clients.
- Drive continuous modernization of the portfolio to maintain industry relevance and competitive advantage.
- Engage clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback, validate service concepts, identify market opportunities, and improve portfolio performance.
- Develop service packaging and pricing strategies that balance client value, market competitiveness, and profitability objectives.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to establish positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for new and existing services.
- Support demand generation efforts by providing portfolio expertise, market insights, and strategic guidance.
- Ensure sales teams are equipped with the tools, resources, and training necessary to effectively communicate service value and drive adoption.
- Monitor market response and adjust portfolio strategies to maximize commercial success.
- Serve as the primary leader responsible for aligning stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Technical teams around portfolio objectives.
- Facilitate strategic decision-making by balancing client needs, operational readiness, financial performance, and growth opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve service adoption, delivery effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
- Build strong working relationships across the organization to ensure portfolio decisions are informed, scalable, and executable.
- Influence prioritization and resource allocation decisions that support portfolio success.
- Establish and maintain a formal framework for managing services through all stages of the lifecycle, including development, launch, maturity, optimization, and retirement.
