Superintendent, Construction

Superintendent for a Top Tier Commercial GC working on high profile projects!

Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 per year.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction
• Proven experience managing ground-up and/or renovation projects from start to completion
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, sequencing, and site logistics
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors, field personnel, inspections, and material deliveries effectively
• Experience enforcing jobsite safety standards and maintaining compliance with OSHA regulations
• Skilled in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and project documents
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to maintain project schedules while ensuring quality workmanship and client satisfaction
• Experience leading project meetings and coordinating with project managers, owners, architects, and subcontractors
• Proficiency with construction management software and field technology tools is preferred
• Stable work history with a strong track record of successful project delivery
• OSHA certification and other relevant industry certifications are a plus
