Assist Project Managers with a variety of tasks throughout the scope of projects. These tasks include, but are not limited to, reading architectural drawings, completing project submittal requirements, ordering millwork materials and communicating with customers and internal personnel to ensure work is being completed on-time and accurate.

• Visit jobs sites to take field measurements and communicate with contractors.
• Assist the Project Managers after projects have been released to production and monitor projects throughout the production process.
• Work alongside the Project Managers when they work with contractors, architects, and owners to assure satisfaction of all parties involved.
• Maintain a valid driver license and clean driving record.
• Comply with all job site rules and regulations as required.
• Follow all prescribed safety regulations.

• Ability to read architectural drawings
• Knowledge of construction/woodworking materials and methods
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and Teams
• Knowledge of Bluebeam software
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Effective organizational skills to manage a variety of tasks and coordinate multiple overlapping schedules

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field a plus
• Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred.
• Construction or woodworking background a plus
• Equivalent combination of education and experience

• Regularly require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Frequently required to drive to local job sites.
• Occasionally required to bend, twist, lift, reach, kneel, push, pull and lift up to 20 pounds.
